Potomac Excavating Receives Prestigious Eagle Award
In the fall of 2023, we were excited to be awarded an Eagle Award by Associated Builders and Contractors (Cumberland Valley) as the First Place Winner in the Site Work / Landscape/Hardscape category for our outstanding work on the Hitachi Rail Car Assembly Plant in Hagerstown, MD. The award-winning video was produced by Potomac Excavating Assistant Superintendent, Tim Rotz.

Contractor of the Year - 2021
We were the proud recipients of the Washington County Soil Conservation District Contractor of the Year Award in 2021! We received recognition for this achievement from the Washington County Board of Comissioners and our site supervisor, Mark Podolinsky, accepted the award on the company's behalf.
